...is such a strange movie. Especially the extra music video by Cindi Lopa, or whatever her name was. 1985 was an odd year. My brother was born in '85. Very odd year indeed.
What're some of the weird movies you've seen?

The Goonies... doesn't that have Sean Astin in there? Or am I just confused? ;D heh... as for weird movies... Charlie And The Chocolate Factory (got to see it again yesterday!! WHOO!) was pretty weird in a... spiffy... Johnny Depp way. *glomphs Christopher Lee* *gets a sudden craving for chocolate*

Yup, Sean Astin when he really was a hobbit. It just adds to the weirdness.
Ooh, I wanna see that. The old one was weird too, but this one is bound to be much more so.

ah. *nods* Neat. ;D Charlie And The Chocolate Factory... 'tis very interesting. Amazing soundtrack. Interesting Oompa loompa singing. I've been going around and talking like Willie Wonka for the past while.

the old willie wonka and the chocolate factory was much better than the new charlie and the chocolate factory...i mean...johnny depp is the best in anything he does...but if he hadn't played willie wonka...the movie would have been a flop... the effects were good...but the old one was much much MUCH better...
did anyone see the advertisement for "corpse bride" directed by tim burton and staring the voice of johnny depp??

*pokes* Freddie Highmore was awesome, too. He nearly made me cry at one point. (I can't believe I nearly cried during Charlie And The Chocolate Factory. ) Heh, gotta see that movie. But not in the theatres... that would be too weird.

I love The Goonies. Such a cute movie. "Dead things, Mikey! Dead things!" ;D
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory was cute and pretty good, but the old one is still the best. Nobody can play a better Willie Wonka than Gene Wilder.

I dunno... I kinda prefer Johnny Depp.
Lol, it was so cool seeing Christopher Lee in that movie... I thought he was just the narrator (cuz the narrator DID sound a lot like him) but he turned out to be Wilbur Wonka. ^_^
And... another weird movie is Edward Scissorhands. Ehh...

*shrug* I'd just go see Corpse Bride to hear what kind of roles Johnny Depp and Christopher Lee have.
Ah, spiffy. That looks like a neat movie.

Yeah, Edward Scissorhands was very different. The tune on it was neat...but I can't remember what it was.

*Raises eyebrow at Sky* Lol. I've only seen bits and pieces of Edward Scissorhands, and yeah...it was kind of different. I have no desire to go see Corpse Bride. I never even saw The Nightmare Before Christmas, believe it or not. Not my kind of movie.

Heh, I watched Edward Scissorhands again yesterday. Then Dad came in and was telling me that "Edward Scissorhands" was my nickname in the hospital (no idea which time this was ) because my fingernails were so long. *pokes sky* That's why I never go to amusement parks.

That's pretty funny. I'm also not one for scary stuff. It really depends on what type of 'scary' it is.
