*blinks* Whoa, I was sure I replied to this... But, yeah, the special effects kinda sucked. *gasp* But what did you think of the finale?? I am officially going to FREAK OUT the next time I see black smoke... and then right when you think that Rosseau has gone crazy, and there are no Others, Walt is kidnapped... And then... I don't know if it was in the finale, but when that Mr. Artz exploded... and Hurley says to Jack, "Dude... you've got some artz on you..." I'm just like GAH! SICK!! But it's such a good show... my favourite, as well. Well, along with Canadian Idol and Corner Gas. They're saying someone's going to die in the new season, early on, eh? *wonders who it will be* Hey, did you know Evangaline Lilly (Kate) is Canadian? Albertan to be exact.

Oooh! Ooh! Look! Try! Sarah, you're going to love this. Open a notepad and hold down the alt key, then type the Lost numbers in. The symbol you'll see is mu. Coincidence? (And yeah, I watched the hours of extra features on the Lost DVD, and saw Lilly's audition tape. She's so talented. Did you know that they were thinking of casting the woman who plays Sun as Kate?)

Whoa, that's neat about mu. o.0
Evangeline Lilly's amazing . . . Did you know this is her first speaking part? She's only been on a few commercials, and played a corpse (twice I think?). *tries imagining the woman playing Sun as playing Kate*
Do you have a favourite episode? I loved Exodus II . . . and the first episode . . . and The White Rabbit . . . and The Greater Good . . . and Numbers . . . Do you have a favourite character?

Lol, she must not have been very excited about acting until now. Sun's real name is Yunjin Kim, and she's very popular in Korea. Her audition as Kate was actually really good. And Hurley auditioned as Sawyer. That was odd, but he pulled it off. Numbers is a definite favorite. I can't really tell a lot of the episodes apart, though, cuz I watched 'em all pretty much at the same time. Sayid and Hurley are my favorites. Don't you think that pairing Sayid and Shannon was kinda awkward? They don't even seem to like each other.

LOL, yes, Numbers was great! And I loved the finale episode. What a cruel way to end the season, though. >.<
*thinks* My favourites are . . . Kate, Sawyer, Hurley, Sun, and Jack. Although, thanks to Jack, I'm never eating angel hair pasta again. *gag*
Yeah, the Sayid and Shannon thing was awkward. *More* awkward (I found) was the Shannon and Boone thing. I know, I know, they're not blood related but it was still, uh, weird.
*blink* Were you as shocked as I was when it turned out that *Kate* was the criminal? I don't know who else I was expecting, though.

I rented the first season, and I think that Sawyer or whatever his name is is stupid.
Mr. Lock is the man!!
And the most important question of all is...What are those creatures!!!!
(take it I've only seen the first 4 episodes!)
OH, and the french lady and the message!!!!
aaaaaaaaaaaaaghghghghghghgh all the questions!!!

And complex and beweildering. Not that you really know that until the second season--or in the late first season. I haven't seen the first season in a while. I lent it to some friends, who gave it back yesterday, and 30 seconds later I lent it out again. It'd be silly to get obsessive, anyways, and watch the shows over and over again...*counts down the minutes to the next re-run*

*nods* Yeah. He was kind of... stereotypical? Completely dislikeable? until a little over halfway through the first season.
Speaking of obsessive... *wanders off to rewatch "Walkabout"*
Oh! It's Wednesday tomorrow, isn't it? (I got totally confused, I had a dance lesson today rather than on Monday, so my view of the week is all screwed up) YAY! Tomorrow is LOST rerun day! ^__^

Nah, not really. Well, Locke's eyes seem like they're a different colour than in later episodes, but I think I read something somewhere about Terry O'Quinn refusing to wear coloured contacts after some point. Or something like that. So, nothing really weird. I sound so decisive, don't I? It's going to be so neat to see "Orientation" after watching the Pearl's orientation video.

Colored contacts? I never can remember the color of anything, anways.
Yes yes! The orienation videos must have secret messages! (And motives...don't read this Amp...)
Like the pile of journals from the Pearl? I wonder what that's about. o.O

Lol, same here for the most part. Yes! The orientation videos are intriguing. And of course, there's the whole name-thing... the guy in the Swan's video was Marvin Candle and the guy in the Pearl's video was Mark Wickman (tho' they were the same person, I think). I'm noticing a trend here... Yeah, that was very weird. I wonder what exactly the *point* of all of those were. O.O Oh grr... I've got to get off of the computer now. *waves* It was nice 'talking' with you!

Hehe, you too, Sarah!
Wickman? Candle? *bangs head* They must be alluding to something, but what?! Do they symbolize light? Or is it only about candles? What is the Dharma project? (This is why I lend Lost to others--so that they can sympathize with my frustrated confusion.)
Eko said that maybe the observation thing was backwards, that maybe it was the people in the Pearl that were actually being studied...if so, there must be another station watching.
